The BETEX MF-GENERATOR3.1 is the successor to the 3.0 series and offers advanced features for inductive heating and controlled cooling of metal workpieces. This new generation meets the highest standards for precision and process control and is suitable for ferrous metals such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, and certain bronze alloys.

New features
- In addition to heating, it is now also possible to cool workpieces in a controlled manner according to an adjustable temperature-time profile.
- For complex applications, there is the new sequence mode: this allows you to quickly heat a workpiece to a specific temperature at full power, pause briefly, and then heat the last part in a controlled manner.
Applications
- Assembly and disassembly of bearings, rings, couplings, and other workpieces with controlled temperature and speed
- Heating up to max. 300°C with high precision (±3.5°C)
Fixed or flexible inductors:
Suitable inductors are required for use. The generator will not work without a connected fixed or flexible inductor. Please contact us for advice on the right inductor(s) for your application.
Replaces MF-GENERATOR3.0
This MF-GENERATOR3.1 series is compatible with existing BETEX inductors and accessories. The V3.0 series will gradually be phased out of the collection.
