Induction heaters

With 4.0 technology induction heating is a superior, fast and controlled heating method. It is a safe and environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional heating methods such as ovens, oil baths or blow torches. These methods generate smoke, fumes or oil waste and are hazardous for your personal safety and a healthy working environment. It is common knowledge that a correct mounting method extends the bearing life. Controlled stress-free heating prevents unnecessary damage, while retaining the original bearing lubrication. Ideal for sealed bearings (2RS-ZZ). Bearing manufacturers recommend controlled induction heating as the best practice for bearing mounting.

The BASIC and SMART 4.0 generation

• BASIC (BLF serie): replaces part of the standard BETEX workbench models, which have been updated in terms of design and electronics.
• SMART (SLF serie): for optimal control over the heating process. These models have a modern, easy-to-use touchscreen, 2 temperature sensors for double measurement (Delta T), log function, to store or export information.
