Vaassen, November 2024. Following Schaeffler's acquisition of Bega International BV in July 2021, the company has undergone a special transformation. The successful merger into Schaeffler paved the way for anticipated growth, with the company almost doubling in size. We are pleased to present to you today the next phase of our entrepreneurial journey - an important milestone in our strategy.
This name change is a crucial aspect in the ongoing integration process and reflects how Bega integrates the vision and values of parent company Schaeffler.
BEGA International BV (since 1978) is known for its BETEX® program of assembly, disassembly and alignment tools. The products are now part of Schaeffler Lifetime Solutions, which offers a complete range of industrial maintenance services and solutions. This is an important step forward in the Lifetime Solutions strategy.
Although our name is changing, our business activities remain fundamentally the same and all contracts with existing customers, suppliers and other business partners remain unchanged, with corresponding obligations and rights assumed under the new name.
