The LASER-TRUMMY2 is a robust optical-electronic hand-held measuring device for measuring belt tension. The device consists of a wireless measuring probe for direct connection and a measuring probe with cable for hard-to-reach places.
The measurement is taken when the machine is at a standstill. The device displays two measured values. The frequency in Hz and the torsional force in N. The corresponding measured value can be compared with the target value specified by the belt drive manufacturers. It is dependent on the properties of the drive. Do not look into the laser beam and do not point the laser beam into the eyes of other people!
