Como se anunció anteriormente, se están produciendo cambios significativos. Este cambio de nombre es efectivo inmediatamente. 

 

Estamos orgullosos de anunciar nuestro nuevo nombre como Schaeffler Smart Maintenance Tools BV.

 

Como resultado de estos cambios, nuestra página web ha sido rediseñada al estilo Schaeffler. Visite nuestra página web: www.schaeffler-smart-maintenance-tools.com

 

Aunque el nombre ha cambiado, nuestras actividades comerciales siguen siendo fundamentalmente las mismas y todos los contratos con los clientes, proveedores y otros socios comerciales existentes permanecen inalterados, con las correspondientes obligaciones y derechos asumidos bajo el nuevo nombre. 

 

Formar parte del Grupo Schaeffler también significa formar parte de un proveedor líder de productos y servicios de mantenimiento.
Además, el siguiente paso en este proceso será la continuación de la marca de producto BETEX como marca denominativa dentro de la cartera de Schaeffler. De momento no habrá cambios y, por supuesto, les mantendremos informados a su debido tiempo.

Bega Special Tools introduces new portable multi-purpose induction heater

 

Bega Special Tools introduces the MF Quick-Heater 3.0-3,5, a new portable, multi-purpose induction heater with maximum power output of 3,5 kW. This brand-new model is part of the MF Quick-heater 3.0 series, used for industrial heating of all kinds of ferro-magnetic parts. The heaters can be deployed for mounting, dismounting and pre-heating purposes. Weighing only 7.85 kg and having a size that can fit into a small carrying case, this powerful tool offers solutions for difficult circumstances where other systems are impossible to use. 

 

The generator is combined with a flexible inductor which can be wrapped in or around a workpiece. It heats parts very fast or very controlled, depending on the application: dismounting, mounting, or pre-heating. Examples of applications are bearings, sleeves, gears, inner rings etc. The heater is easy to use - just plug into the mains 230V - with four different heating modes. Two temperature sensors make it possible to measure the internal and external temperature of a workpiece. When this Delta-T function is enabled, the maximum preset temperature difference between two points can never be exceeded. Smart electronics take care of an optimal operation frequency. The heating process is displayed in a 4.3-inch touchscreen. A log function can save or export data via the USB connection. 

 

Induction heating is a highly efficient and eco-friendly method for industrial heating applications. There are many other reasons why to look at induction heating in comparison with conventional methods. Heating is controlled, fast and energy efficient. The quality of work is better, it enhances machine up-time. Since there is no open fire, there is no polluting smoke or noise. Personal safety is also a serious point to take into consideration. 

 

The MF Quick-Heater consists of one generator MF 3.0-3.5kW, 230V; two magnetic temperature sensors; one pair of heat resistant gloves; flexible inductors, available in optional lengths of 5m, 7.5m and 10m, for a maximum temperature of 180°C.

Important step in the expansion of Schaeffler's service activities as part of its "Roadmap 2025" strategy 

 

SCHWEINFURT | 30 July, 2021 | Schaeffler has acquired BEGA International B.V. (Bega), a leading manufacturer of special tools for the assembly and disassembly of rolling bearings. The acquisition marks another step in the expansion of Schaeffler's lifecycle service portfolio. Access to the IIoT platform created for Schaeffler's OPTIME condition monitoring solution also opens up new opportunities for Bega's intelligent maintenance tools. Customers will also benefit. They will have a common user interface for all touchpoints, which will contribute to a seamless user experience throughout the entire lifecycle of rolling bearings, from installation to monitoring and maintenance, through to repair. Customers and partners will be able to source solutions and services for rolling bearing maintenance and monitoring from a single supplier and will benefit from more streamlined access to a range of maintenance and repair solutions.
