As announced earlier, we are undergoing significant changes. One visible change is the name change, which is effective per immediate!
We proudly present our new name: Schaeffler Smart Maintenance Tools BV

Rest assured, while our name is changing, the company business remains fundamentally unaffected and all contracts with existing customers, suppliers and other business partners will remain unaltered, with corresponding obligations and rights assumed under the new name. Being part of the Schaeffler group also means that we are part of a leading maintenance products and services provider.
Furthermore, the continuation of the product brand BETEX as a word mark within the Schaeffler portfolio will be a next step in this process. Currently, there will be no changes, and we will of course keep you up to date in due time.
In order to facilitate the correct processing of all administrative documents and tasks we kindly ask you to use the new company name in all correspondence and official documents.
